Molding

RAMSA has the ability to manufacture your castings using the molding processes that best match your requirements of surface finish, lot size, casting weight, alloy, configuration and shape.

Melting

We have induction melting units of the latest technology with 6 different size furnaces that give us the ability and versatility to pour castings from a few pounds up to 4000 lbs.

Cleaning and Finishing

Our cleaning shop has all the proper tools and experienced personnel to produce your castings in a timely manner and meet with all required specifications and material properties.

Casting Upgrading

At RAMSA we understand the importance of a high-performance casting. That’s why we have a dedicated team to inspect your castings using all of our NDT resources to determine the proper procedure to upgrade your castings and deliver castings that meet the most stringent specifications.

Ultrasonic Testing
Radiography, linear accelerator and iridium source. Penetrating capabilities up to 10 inches total.
Liquid penetrant
Magnetic Particle Inspection (wet and dry)

Testing and Laboratories

RAMSA offers complete in-house complete nondestructive examination and testing NDT. In our staff we have qualified and certified personnel to ASNT level II and ISO 9072.
